the thing is that , you can book only with credit card and when u are about to cancell, they will surely wont give you the full sum back.
you can choose the date,airlines and they will display the cost and availability

There is no secret magic website for airfares. You find the best fare by searching the travel sites (like airgorilla and expedia) and the airline sites. Be as flexible as possible regarding travel dates, and use the +/- search tool if the website offers it. Ex.
Note that many airlines (ex. Southwest) do not use the travel sites so you have to check their website.
I have almost always found the best fares on the airline websites.
